Reserve Early: Hotels in Tel-Aviv are heavily booked for June 2017 and the number of rooms is limited. We therefore urge you to make your reservation as soon as possible and before April 2017. Rooms will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Alternative room options at discounted rates, including family rooms, connecting rooms, suites or accommodation at boutique hotels are available through the Conference Secretariat.

Sharing Accommodation: If you are reserving a room to be shared and paid for separately by two participants, please list the name of the other participant, or indicate that you wish us to find you a roommate. The Secretariat will assist as much as possible, but if a roommate cannot be found, the participant will be charged for a single room.

Full payment is due prior to the conference. Hotel reservations and other services will be confirmed for registered participants only if full payment has been received.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
Notification of hotel room cancellation should be sent in writing only to the Conference Secretariat:

Refund of accommodations will be made as follows:

Cancellations received by May 1, 2017 - full refund less US$40 handling fee.

Cancellations received between May 2, 2017 and May 22, 2017– one night cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellations received after May 22, 2017 or non-arrival – no refund.
